Balushahi is a flaky doughnut like delicacy which is fried in pure butter ghee (clarified butter) and then immersed in a delicate icing sugar glaze.

A 250g box of Balushahi will typically include five pieces of this sweet.

Shelf Life: Product will be received with a minimum of 5 days life. 

Ingredient Declaration: Wheat flour, water, sugar, clarified butter (milk), yoghurt (milk). Fried in clarified butter (milk).

UK - Standard Delivery - £5.99

Delivery: Products are dispatched from our factory on Wednesdays and Thursdays only.  Orders placed before 1.00pm on a Monday will be received by the customer on either Thursday or Friday of the same week.  All orders placed after 1.00pm on a Monday will be received by the customer on either Thursday or Friday of the following week.

FREE Standard Delivery for Orders Over £50 for deliveries to England, Scotland & Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands.
